SheKnows recently posted the recipe and tutorial for awesome candy-filled Cinco de Mayo piñata cookies. They are multicolored, burro-shaped and can be cracked open to reveal the Mini M&M candies inside the burro's belly. They have provided a step-by-step photo gallery.
